after sending documents host start ignoring, booking didn’t help, i lost my money

Total disaster of a place! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here! First of all, there are 97 steps to reach the room — no elevator. On top of that, the place is absolutely filthy. The bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets were dirty, and there were ants everywhere, even on the sink. I even found a cockroach in the shower! The water was rusty and brown — disgusting. The bathroom door had no lock and was broken, so you couldn’t even close it properly. I complained, and on the second day, someone came to "fix" it by adding a hook — so it only closes when you’re inside. Also, the bathroom is shared, not private, which wasn’t made clear at all. Our room was extremely small and just as dirty. You have to lock it with a padlock — yes, really. That means if one person leaves, the other can't stay inside, since it can only be locked from the outside or inside. If locked from the inside, someone could actually lock you in while you’re asleep — a serious safety issue. There was barely any space in the room, and the bed didn’t even have a proper mattress — just a thin piece of foam. It was incredibly uncomfortable, especially for someone like me who suffers from back pain. Although the listing mentioned a kitchenette, there was no table or chairs as shown in the pictures. The kettle was very old, with scale buildup inside. Beware — do not stay here. I've attached some photos to show the condition of this awful place (only 4 photos allowed here, but I have many more showing how bad it was). It was a truly unpleasant experience.

The location is great. Close to the river, very good connection with different transportation options. Two different heaters were really appreciated with the weather at the end of the year.

The place is divided a bit weird with the bathrooms of rooms I and II. The bathroom corresponded to room I, had a very bad smell coming from the sinks. High humidity smelled when we arrived. Doors really need some maintenance, the doorknobs were barely holding. The amenities at the kitchen could be better and cleaner.

the place was dirty, smelly, dusty and not cleaned at all. Dirty dishes, hair under sink, dirty sink and bathtub, stains on the wall. cockroaches in bathtub, spiders in every corner of the room and moldy pan in the oven, dirty bedsheets under the sink in the kitchen and even in a bag in our room. really scary place to be in and we had to leave right after we arrived
