Staff lied about refund for deposit

The whole place, it was disgusting and dirty and smelly, if I was homeless I wouldn't stay there. The whole place smelt foisty, the carpets were filthy, there was a holein the floor in the room where the pool table is. The man was creepy and cracked head looking. The 1st room we was given we were told the lights didn't work because they had a leak so we was moved to another room, that room was no better it stank bad and was filthy, no towels not that I would use them, the shower was mouldy and dirty the toilet was disgusting and the toilet brush had feaces on. The kettle was dirty and there were no cups or complimentary tea and coffee, the bed was broken and dirty. The whole place was horrible. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE. The photos on booking.com must be years and years old as it was nothing like in the images. Booking.com should be checking these places out to make sure they are advertising correctly.

location was only good thing

Couldnt get in. Couldnt understand staff, no parking, no restaurant/breakfast, no towels, no toiletries, no tea spoon. Stained sheets, stain towels when we asked for some, wifi only on ground floor. Front garden contained a car tyre, a traffic cone, as shoe, an old pushchair
