The New Valeron Hotel

I was running a little late so rang up and the host on the phone was really nice letting me know I had plenty of time, explained about parking on the phone as well and provided me with some options before arriving. Really nice and informative when explaining the door codes, room, etc. The esthetics of the hotel were lovely, offering a bar, dining area and ample space, overall would definitely be staying here again in the future.

There sadly was no streaming service on the TV and the ones that were, you couldn't watch anything on them, and the signal was quite bad on the TV (no fault of the host on that part as cables can make signal dodgy here and there)

Window was broken which made us listen to seagulls all night long didn’t sleep at all. Toilet hummed for a few minutes after flush Used cup at side of bed and had to ask for tea bags and sugar. Owners said what do you think it is a hotel laughing No towels not even hand towels Owner smoked and you could smell smoke throughout the hall way we was at the top floor in room 10 Parking is bad no spaces had to park around one and a half miles away found a space round back of hotel owner wanted £14 for night I only had a £20 he said people normally just pay that. No food told to use local places

Nothing, I couldn't stay there, it was a slum. On my arrival at the destination, there was no one to receive me , I called but no response, I equally sent an email to them but no reply. There was a huge stench from the premises, it wasn't habitable, no packing space at all,so I had to look for somewhere else where I stayed over the night.I am not happy about the situation hence I will need my refund .. I
