Staff was so rude room was not like that as it mentioned no tub for shower so much uncomfortable bad stinck from staff mouth they don't know how to conversate with customer People come from so far to stay but I think your staff behavior has to be nice with them I really don't like it no facility even it was so cold and no one turn on heating room was so cold
