GBNothing, I refused to stay there. The cupboard door fell off when I opened it, there was no bedding, towels, toiletries and no bar (they told me to go around the corner to a bar they recommended)

The state of our room..wasnt clean.no towels providrd or any amenities for a hot drink..when i asked for towels .on inspecting them they were stained and not cleaned properly.no heating working.and only 1 pillow per bed.i asked the host for extra pillows and he said you only get 1 per bed.not good Bed was worn out as you slide to the edge entrance smelling of smoke. No bar open as it stated bar. breakfast was an option at an extra cost but no signs of any thing being cooked.

The ensuite bathroom had no working shower, no hot water and no towels. When I asked if I could change to another room I was asked to use the communal shower on the lower floor and handed a towel. The bed sheet and carpet had stains, and although the room was inexpensive it wasn't well looked after. I didn't stay the night and left within the first hour. Small observation - but the kettle already had been filled and I would have expected the kettle to be empty to confirm it had been cleaned before the next guest.
