We stayed at that hotel for a week, Bing hotel is a hotel with a beautiful location, clean and airy space, modern interior, staff and everyone are very friendly and cheerful.

Great location, only 2 mins walk to the lake. Amazing host Ricky, speaks perfect English and can help with anything you need.

Huge bedroom, very clean and calm. The property is really beautiful and the view is amazing Really Nice stay in here

Cockroaches in the room. The room wasn't cleaned: it was very dusty, and toothbrush and other waste were under the bed and closets. The bathroom was very damp and full of mold. The staff at the reception didn't speak English. English staff needed to be called every team you had a question.

Great location. Close to Sapa town 5-10 minute walk) but far enough to be away from a good chunk of traffic. Ricky the hotel manager has great English, responds to questions regarding the hotel, Sapa travel (can book any kind of tour through him) or Vietnam in general via WhatsApp. Very timely. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, we found a worm in the towels, which was concerning, and there was mold on the walls, accompanied by a persistent musty smell. Additionally, the bathroom’s ventilation system was not working, which likely contributed to the humidity in the room.

Super nice staff, good location, nice rooms, nice view of city, good support from the hotel

The property was located in a good area, close to the town centre. Ricky was so lovely, he was able to arrange all of our trips and was always there when we needed anything. The room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
