"Misled and dissapointed"

Location was good

We were charged extra to use the heating even though it said it was included in our room price, hot water didn’t work for more the 2 minutes, our “window” just lead to the elevator. Was also extremely cold even after we paid for heating.

The staff was really helpful specially Ricky , let us cook our own food in the kitchen and the room was nice , big and warm 😊😊 location close to main town as well ! Definitely recommend it🫶🏻

Ricky and his team were very friendly and helped us throughout our stay. Including helping us with a very early check in (small fee) . The room we had was a good size and good value for money.

This is a hotel that has a lot of things you need, tours, restaurants at the hotel, elevators and bus tickets to anywhere, I was very surprised because they organized it so well
