"Comfortable and convenient"

We stayed here for one night after travelling from Ha Giang. We were able to check in at 1:30am as our bus travelled through the night. The room was comfortable, with tea and coffee making facilities. One of the staff (I think it was the owner) offered to bring us to our next destination in Sapa which was very helpful. The hotel is located in the city close by to many restaurants and shops

It was a lovey place. Great location. Very nice, comfortable and clean room. Amazing staff, they were always there to help with anything we needed and even supplied us with water bottles when we left. We would visit again!

"good for one night"

Great location, close to everything but it is on top of a hill so quite the walk up and down. the staff was amazing to us, the bathroom was big.

very cold, no ac or heating, room not very clean.
