We had a great holiday here, we booked a village tour, it was a very interesting experience.

Good location- only about 8 mins to the lake. Staff was accommodating. As we were travelling to and from Hanoi via overnight bus, we arrived early in the morning (around 5am) and they allowed us to check in early at 50% of the cost of the room. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout so we can explore the full day prior to travelling back to Hanoi. Price wise, it is very affordable.

Hotel rooms were dirty and not properly maintained. The bathroom especially looked quite dingy. After checking in, we noticed that the bedsheets were dirty and the duvet cover had brown markings. There was also hair on the bed despite us not using it. Based on these, it would appear that the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. We requested for the sheets to be changed and the staff did so promptly. While this is appreciated, ideally bedsheets are changed prior to the new guest checking in and not after. For some reason they had a telephone not plugged in to anything not really sure why they had that there. Also, they provided slippers but they were incredibly dirty we did not feel comfortable using them. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for with this hotel room.

We stayed one night at the Bing Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, and the location is relatively close to town—just a short walk with a bit of an uphill climb. Breakfast was quite basic, consisting of an egg and a piece of bread. The main issue we encountered was the presence of mold on the wall and a noticeable moldy smell in the room. This is likely due to Sapa’s damp, misty climate, but it was also clear that a lack of ventilation in the room contributed to the problem. With better airflow, this could likely be improved.

Our room was on a high floor which was quite quiet, had a nice view, the staff helped us book a hiking tour, and we could rent a motorbike at the hotel, the staff provided very complete information about the tourist attractions

The hotel has a great, with a stunning view. Excellent service, enthusiastic and professional staff.!
