Luxury 2 Bedroom Townhouse Opposite Merivale Mall

Good location

Coffee table, sofa bed, pegs, stairs were very narrow, dishwasher

Great location- very easy access- super clean. Well appointed

Perhaps a previous guest had moved the topper for the downstairs couch turn to bed from the closet where it was meant to be- not sure. But the place definitely better for sleeping 4 given the sofas are not the best 3rd bed situation. . . those who slept there were uncomfortable but this was also without the topper, found on morning we checked out.

Host changed apartments just before we were taking our plane so we had to accept the one offered, and the new place was below average. 1. Bedrooms extremely hot to sleep, even with fan aid 2. Cookware in terrible condition with pot and pan anti stick coating adhering to food

I booked the property month ago and paid . When I was travelling from Melbourne to Christchurch I texted them saying I am arriving. Then I was told they changed my booking to a place 5km away from previous booking . Utterly disappointed

The original property had a dryer , sofa bed but I did not get them also second place was very small . They had a heater downstairs and nothing upstairs. Also we booked original place near the mall but we got 5km away place lost the city vibe completely

Never seen the property. We were relocated to another property due to a maintenance issue that could not be fixed

The property we were moved to was located on a very busy noisy road. Very hard to get a good nights sleep.

Quick phone pickup to explain change of venue then accommodated request that changed apartment was near Merivale

Was great location. Lovely and clean and tidy.

The couch was extremely uncomfortable, just please the was only 4 not 5 of us. Being a Bnb host also. I feel you really can’t market if for 5 people. Also no dish cloths.
