The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable. We were relying on using it as a sofa bed for 2 people and this had been relayed to the owner. We feel it is not to be used for sleeping on, it has wooden divides in each part of the couch making it highly uncomfortable for lying on. We made up beds on the floor instead. Even to relax and watch TV the couch was not good. The only downfall of this property.

The house is clean, well equipped, high level of comfort and fantastic location. Would definitely book again

The kitchen tool is adequate. The rooms are all CLEAN. Carpet feels that cotton when you stepped on. We are grateful that this place is the first place we stay in NZ.

No off street parking available, but some parking on the street

Excellent location and if using just the two bed in bedrooms it was great

Small things let it down from excellent rating such as a sofa that can be slept on, but I would not call it a sleeper sofa unless a mattress pulls out. Pillows, duvets, sheets and towels did not feel like luxury but budget. They were adequate but dropped the overall impression of the place from great to very good overall.
