The bed linens smelled dirty, the pool was dirty, the patio was dirty, deteriorated and abandoned; it seemed like nobody had been there for a long time.

We loved the pool. Lee was super friendly and nice. The bed was incredible! Loved it. So comfy

We aren't from there, so didnt realize its in no mans land. I thought I was booking the wilton manor one. It needs some TLC. The air... it was so hot the whole trip even on 60 I thought I might get sick.

"Great lifestyle option, for those that want to be near activity without the bustle, great 4 pride"

Location convenient for public transportation (I was staying in between apartments). Friendly staff. Owner responded quickly to any issues or questions.

Not many restaurants or groceries nearby within walking or quick public transport (I don't drive). Unit was on opposite side of the building from the water heater and took a while to reach the shower (maybe a small instant-on tank could be installed).

It’s a bit farther away from Wilton Manor but not bad priced for a Lyft to them!

The studio we rented had everything we needed. We were hoping to meet some other people, we ended up having the place to ourselves, as it was a weekday stay., and that was great! We LOVED this place!! Great location and great attention to details!
