Sandro, the owner of the property was great! Nice person and very helpful. He helped us find a dining spot and even made the reservation, and helped us with transportation also.

This was not the type of hotel we're used to. There is not a front desk agent or receptionist but Sandro communicated from the moment we booked our stay, regarding the shuttle service, and until the moment we left. We came by train (Civitavecchia station) and had a nice 40 minute walk to the hotel, stopping along the way to enjoy the beach views and have a bite to eat. While we were on our way to the hotel we missed Sandro's call so when we arrived the doors were locked to get in. We called Sandro and he met us shortly after we arrived. He gave us a quick tour and we stayed 1 night before our cruise. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We recommend and will stay on future trip. Thank you Sandro.

We didn't like anything except the air conditioning.

We had a terrible holiday experience. The rooms were very dirty and there were bugs. Our towels and sheets were not changed. The floors were very dirty. Bugs were crawling on the walls. The hotel entrance was narrow and had stairs. It was very difficult to carry heavy luggage up and down. The beach near the hotel was not nice. It was far from the center, and the walking path was deserted and dangerous. Since a train passed right next to the hotel, we had trouble sleeping at night when the train passed. There was no large mirror in the room, and there was only a mirror in the bathroom. There was no shower gel or soap. They had put water in the soap dispenser. The host constantly tried to sell us a transfer vehicle. When we said we called an Uber to go to the airport, they cut off our internet access, and we were very inconvenienced.
