All previous reviews were spot on, this is a lovely place and highly recommend

This quaint hotel/rental was bright and clean. We knew there was no elevator, but it was a little hike with the luggage we had with us! Greeted warmly and given a quick overview of the room, facilities and security which I greatly appreciated. It was a bit of a walk to find something open on a Sunday afternoon as we couldn’t get a taxi or Uber at that time. The room was air conditioned, clean and spacious. The bed was very firm and the 2 pillows were very thin so we had a little trouble sleeping for the one night along with the train that rumbled just outside our room #5 - we were closest to it. But honestly we weren’t woken by it through the night. We were also given a ride to the cruise port this morning. Great value overall and lovely view and access to the water across the street. The sunset was absolutely breathtaking!

El trato de Sergio y su esposa excepcional. Siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar y aconsejarte. Incluso nos traslado en su furgoneta al centro de Civitavecchia para almorzar y después nos llevó de regreso.

オーナーの奥様とご主人共に、とっても親切な方々でした。部屋は素晴らしく綺麗に清掃されていて、ベッドのシーツが気持ちよかったです。チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かって頂いたり、一人旅の私のために様々なサポートをして下さいました。奥様に教えて頂いた街の中心地のカフェレストランも美味しかったです。歩いて３分でビーチやビーチ内の素敵なレストランに到達できて、ビーチでの一日を満喫できました。

建物が交通量の多い道路に接していて、電車も近くを通るので、騒音に敏感になる人もいるかもしれません。私は窓が閉まっていたらあまり気になりませんでした。街の中心地からは離れていますが、徒歩圏に幾つかお店はあります。

It is a common room, towel, soap, mini fridge, and AC. Property owners are so kind people. They speak English and are very helpful

There is a train noise that doesn't break the sleep but disturbs till used to. There is no reception, you must call the property for all needs. The parking area is not pratic. Wifi was very slow and interrupted frequently. Check-in hour is 16:00 too late
