Good food good prices all good

We have stayed there before and it is in a rural convenient location that suits our purpose.

We were not informed when booking that the price (, which was slightly higher than we have paid at this pub before ) did not include breakfast. In fact it was not offered even had we been prepared to pay. The WiFi was not particularly easy to connect to. In fact I did not use it. My colleague’s television did not work. Partial cleaning of the room was done including positively clean towels daily. But used teacups and water glasses were not washed or replaced. The staff we did encounter were all young and trying to be helpful and I would not overly criticise them.. Check out was earlier than one normally sees at 10am.

The room was great had everything you needed was clean and same for the bathroom. The bar was also good and they hold a quiz night on wednesday which was great was a really good atmosphere. Location again great if you want quiet country vibe this is the spot

There was nothing really to dislike we have a wonderful stay the staff were amazing and we will defo be back

The staff were very good, especially the girl behind the bar who was multitasking, receptionist, barmaid and waitress.

Food was good but slightly overcooked

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable.

Shower in room 15 constantly dripping. When we arrived the shower head was on the base of the shower later we realised that the reason for this was the shower is constantly dripping. Also went in the pub to have some food at 8.10 only to be told that kitchen closes at 8pm yet the website states kitchen closes at 9pm. It would of been nice to of been told that when checking in.

Comfy room. Dinner was good. Disappointing no breakfast was available.

The bed was very soft and sink in when you lye on it. The mattress is of a very poor quality.

A HOTEL with NO breakfast!!!! You could not make it up. In addition our rooms were beyond the main building and once you had exited the building the door would not allow you back in. You had to go back round through the car park to get back into the main building. Totally weird and mad.
