Expensive taxi into Lytham centre

The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The breakfast was cooked to order and it, like the evening meal was excellent.

There was nothing to comment on that was disappointing.

Comfy rooms, friendly staff. Ensuite had a bath & shower. USB charging points.

The hotel was clean and comfy We visit Preston regularly and usually stay in the Premier inn, but we have recently got a puppy so needed to find somewhere we could take the dog, as it happens we didn't bring the dog The dog friendly room was still lovely, no animal smells or per hair The price of this was half what the Premier inn is and we couldn't believe how good it was for the money We will be definitely staying here everytime we visit the north now

The bathroom floor was so slippy, I meant to say when I handed the keys back but forgot I nearly went flying so an older person might no be so lucky But the bathroom was very clean, I think its just what they had cleaned with

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The bar and restaurant area were excellent, offering a great atmosphere and plenty of menu options. The food was particularly enjoyable. The room was clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and stocked with plenty of towels. It made for a really relaxing stay. A big bonus was the large parking area, which was free of charge—something that’s becoming quite rare. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I’d happily recommend.

Helpful staff, easy check in. Although I arrived earlier than checking time but the staff did the room ready for me. Clean, nice and quiet. Plenty of parking space for.
