Old, kind of run down
USUSUSThe staff were very friendly and helpful. I got locked out of my room and they took care of it immediately as I had been in the pool and was wet. We appreciated the decor of the room as it was much improved from when we stayed there in 2019. the beds were comfortable . It is very reasonable price and located near Gloucester Harbor where we spent time for Schooner Days over Labor day weekend.
USThe set up is interesting of the buildings surrounding the tennis courts. I could park right near my room.

The beds need to be updated. They were extremely uncomfortable mattresses both beds. I tried one bed and then went to the second bed, extremely uncomfortable mattresses and the bathroom has molds on the ceiling
