Nansen house next to royal hospital STRICTLY OVER 25 ONLY

This place has so much potential . In an elegant lively Georgian street - just down from St Mary's University. Have stayed here a total of 9 nights while I job search. Comfortable and clean. Why the owners do not offer it at specific target markets: hospital visitors, University visitors, families doing reunions in West Belfast. Have a working kitchen. Get a table and chairs out front. Do bunk beds in the single room - backpackers would love this. Have me on site cooking breakfasts and up the price/profits:-)......Sad to leave

Just the fact that there is a non working kitchen. By the way ceiling needs fixing in kitchen. Heating is always on - not sure why.

The Double Room and very clean bathroom . The street is vey safe and the neighbours really friendly. Culturelann up top of street (great Sunday lunch there and take your own wine) . Down the street through St James Park and at the shopping centre. Cheap eats etc.

Would be good if the cooker and washing machine were actually working (would save the expense of eating out all the time)

In all sincerity I don’t wish other staff’s experience what I did, there was no WiFi The lock of the door was not working properly, they took electricity at some point The host had terrible communication skills, he wasn’t picking his calls and he had no sense of sympathy or concern . The attendant was also disrespectful I do hope this gets published so other people don’t fall victims. I hope booking.com will also be transparent about this.
