Nothing was enjoyable on this property. The double rooms were a good size

The property is a health hazard, extremely strong smell of mould, visibly wet walls painted over. Flimsy bedding, sheets that don’t cover the stained mattress. Facilities were beyond poor.

Everything, it was not clean, the bed collapsed, the door could not be locked, neither window nor curtains could be closed, the area was questionable to say the least and I did not feel comfortable at all staying there, useless instructions. I would never even consider staying there again if it were the only place in Belfast.

Nothing, that guy will delay your check in time to 3pm and later sent you address with instructions and later come and sack you in your room around 8pm that it's check out time.

The best I can say about this property was that it did not appear unclean and did not smell.

This property was not what I booked. I was relocated at the last minute to a property in a different part of the city which was very run-down and felt unsafe. Houses in the street were derelict and boarded up and the area was covered in litter. The property owner has clearly spent the absolute minimum and made minimum effort on furnishing the property. The bedding, fittings and contents are old, cheap and of lowest quality and the room had all the charm of a drug den. The atmosphere is depressing and the communication with the owner was overly aggressive and rude. This has NOT been a good experience. I was also asked for a copy of my personal ID which I am now concerned about as this is not normal in my experience staying in the UK. I have had great experiences using Booking.com before, but this experience has seriously let you down and affected my confidence in your service. I will be considering other options in my future travel plans
