The bathroom that is outside the room, the bed not comfortable, you roll to the center, the smell when you enter the building, the spider webs, the dirty bedding, dirty cupboards,

we did not have breakfast

all was well.

They are so friendly and treated us great. Loved the place it's very clean.

What an anticlimax! This place is nothing like the pictures. I was shown a room with musty smelling carpets and when I said I couldn’t sleep there because I have sinusitis, I was shown to a room that had floor boards but no bathroom and told I could use the common bathroom. This after paying for a double room with a bathroom. When I tried to cancel the booking I was told it would have a 100% cancellation fee. Eventually I was placed in what I would assume is a self catering family room and told I could sleep in the lounge or forfeit my money. The extremely rude guy I spoke to on the phone, whom I assume he is the owner of this establishment, basically told me to take it or leave it, and that either way, he would keep my money. He also told me that he didn’t care if I left a bad review. Eventually, I took the offer to sleep in the lounge of the unit that they didn’t even bother to sweep. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the room had no tea bags, just coffee and sugar, and no milk. While I endured a cup of hot water, and tried in vain to hotspot myself since the WiFi that was promised was not offered, the electricity went off. I had to flag down the security 20 minutes later to asked what was happening only to be told that there was load shedding and of course this establishment had no generators or backup system. Only then was I offered an emergency light. The service at this establishment is beyond appalling because I had it on good authority that they had no other guests but they didn’t even offer up a candle when the power went off at 09:03. How do you forget to check on your one guest and offer a remedy. Let alone the fact that they failed to alert me that Bloemfontein still has load shedding and how long it might be. When I left at 07:35, after taking a cold shower, there was still no electricity and the admin lady who took the keys (wearing pyjamas and half asleep) did not even render an explanation nor an apology. Definitely would not recommend staying here.

The staff was so helpful wth smiles and carried our bags in ,the bed was so comfortable I had a beautiful sleep and booked again for the following day .keep up the good job 👍

Only the floor was making noise when U walk inside but overall I was happy wth everything.
