Chic Cottage near the Lower French Quarter

Super spacious and charming but modern amenities

Had an absolutely amazing time in New Orleans and staying in the cottage. Location is great close to everything! We were over from Northern Ireland for new year and had an absolute blast! The cottage had everything we needed. Breakfast round corner in ruby slipper was great! We will definitely be back and will 100% book chic cottage for our next visit 😊

In any older rehabbed facility there are challenges. Overall the challenges of the Chic Cottage were overcome with the goods outweighing the bads….but one concern for elders is the pitch of the stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom…it is a bit of a climb.

Stairs required concentration

The location was perfect. Close enough to walk to the French quarter but still far enough so it's nice and quiet. Close to Frenchmen street if you like live music.

The location was near perfect. I found everything to be very walkable. The unit was cute and nicely decorated and the courtyard area and balcony added to its charm.

It for my needs perfectly. I was a solo traveler but I think the same would be true for a couple. It is 2 levels with the bedroom upstairs so guests who don’t like interior stairs might find this less than ideal.
