The guesthouse was great and we really enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay there again!

The toasters wasn't working. It was a small problem but still a problem.

Great venue right in the heart of the Cathkin Valley. Easy access. And lots to do in the valley

Although the view is PHENOMENAL, the bush in the front of the veranda looking onto the berg could be trimmed down a bit more as it's a bit bushy

Fantastic accommodation with epic views. Well furnished house and very comfortable. Easy check in. This is a keeper!!

Nothing not to like

Loved the area, with great places to walk on the property. We also had some fun on the 4x4 routes. Loved seeing the eland, a black wildebeest and waterbuck which are not on our usual animal siting list. The house is well designed and suited us perfectly. Lovely kitchen, but a very nice home altogether. Such a peaceful stay in a magnificent area. Loved it.

The front garden is pretty overgrown. It needs plants to be thinned out and bushes to be trimmed. This would add to the charm of the home and more importantly for the majority of visitors it would make the magnificent view far more available. The views are a huge draw and not great from the house because of the very high vegetation at the front of the house. A good clearing of surplus plants and trimming of the remainder would really enhance the property.

We loved the setting of the estate. Beautiful views of the mountain. The house is nice and big with all the facilities you'll need. We loved the patio and how the bush has been grown around it to ensure privacy.
