It was one of the most horrible experiences with family. Dirty room , denied any services . It is literally a slum area

A slum area. Charged 4 times the uber rate for cab . Refused any services for baby like hot water . Extremely dirty rooms. It was most horrible experience

The hotel is really beautiful, as is the stay in it. We felt as if we had come to a "fairytale". The restaurant has the possibility of preparing European food. Everything is very nice.
