Hotel White Rose IGI Airport

The location is amazing. Near to my airport. Checkin process is smooth. Also we like the cloak room facility where we can store luggage’s after checkout if there is any delay in flights and need to roam around Delhi within that time. Breakfast is good with both indian and western options.

The hotel as presented on the Booking.com website is grossly misrepresented. Upon arrival, I was directed to a different hotel located in a dingy bylane. The hotel manager, upon inquiry about Franklein IGI Hotel, falsely claimed that the current establishment was indeed Franklein IGI (despite the absence of any banner indicating so). The rooms were in a state of disrepair, featuring dilapidated conditions, shabby toilets, and dirty floors and pillow covers. The manager mentioned something about Franklein being a registered company, though the relevance of this statement was unclear. Given the overall misleading experience and the subpar conditions of the hotel, I would not choose to stay there again. I strongly advise against recommending this hotel, especially for families, due to its misrepresented status and unsatisfactory facilities.

the property was clean and and the view was nice. especially was unexpected and good to receive decerts to my room after check in :) 🥰😍

Really the hotel go beyond your expectations from all helpful smart staff to luxurious suite,good location direct access to the inside of the mall,romantic,quiet room good sound isolation ,room service professional take care with all tiny details,very clean

We did not feel anything good going here because it was not a hotel..We had booked this hotel and its rooms were looking very nice on your booking.com but when we got there this hotel was not the same as this hotel was not being used.....Money was taken from us without charge and no bill receipt was given

Great value for money considering how close it was to the airport, and very comfortable.

Very Courteous and smiling staff. Provided us with whatever needed, in their capacity. Comfortable room, allowed us to practice yoga in the hotel courtyard. Clean linen, good food.
