"Did not enjoy my stay and would like elsewhere next time"

Looked newer, as there was construction around but things just seemed off. Staff was not friendly when checking in.

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom from the drain. Beds/pillows were not comfortable at all. You can hear everything through the walls/floors.

"Wouldn't stay again"

It was close to Welch college where my daughter goes to school. Has a refrigerator, stovetop.

Customer service is severely lacking. We had trouble from the time we checked in with our TV and finding someone that could fix it. I felt like they just brushed us off the whole time we were there. Also, it's very hard to even find someone if you do have a problem and that's really concerning

Only 1 elevator which sometimes took long time between floors

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I felt very safe, I’ve I’ve was comfortable the entire time, very clean and cozy!"

Everything from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out! Exceptionally clean, quiet, super cozy and comfy, staff was EXCEPTIONAL and respected my privacy when checking in! Didn’t broadcast my room number when handing me the cards, instead said my room number was written inside the card! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here!

I have zero complaints and loved loved loved everything about my stay!
