There was no breakfast provided.

This hotel does not provide anything, so those booking a room should plan ahead. We had to request towels. Then, under the guise of making sure the room was cleaned properly, the staff member bringing the towels asked to inspect the bathroom - presumably to make sure we were not asking for more towels or hadn't taken the towels. No tissues provided, no hair dryer, no toiletries. However, an unwrapped bar of soap was at the sink and there were a sliver of soap and a travel size half-empty toiletry bottle in the shower, I assume these items belonged to the previous guest. One dish towel, no dishes, paper towels, pots or pans were provided. Apparently these are available for an extra charge. The bedding and towels, according to the sign in the room, are only changed every 14 day unless you pay extra. The beds felt like they came out of another hotel - definitely not new even though the building is. There were people gathered by a truck in the back parking lot, visiting and playing loud music until about 9 p.m.

That it has a kitchen in the room and a laundry basket and laundry room.

They knocked on my door for house keeping and I opened it but no one was in the hallway they were in the room next to me and so I waited and they never replaced my towels

Brand new property. Mostly very clean. Good location off a major highway.

This is an Extended Stay property. Along with that comes some weirdness like towels changed every 14 days (!), one lousy bottle of shampoo and a tiny soap in the bathroom and no other toiletries, no kleenex, and a front desk that is not open 24 hours. We stayed two nights, would not stay again. The place was brand new and also mostly empty. Although the room was quite clean, there were issues like a pile of dirt in the hallway that was there for the duration of our stay. So, there is little attention to remedying problems like this but I guess if the space is only cleaned occasionally, that's what happens. They sent an extensive on-line check in email ahead of time that was supposed to save time in person, including things like sending a photo of my driver's license. Upon arrival, however, it still took a solid ten minutes to check in - and the clerk still asked for my license. What was the point of all that work ahead of time?!
