Bay View Old Town Apartments

Location was brilliant.

Sofa bed was not comfortable. Most umbrellas at the pool were broken

Location was perfect close to everything we needed

Room 215 good balcony and view of sea and pool. Well equipped kitchen and good shower. Access good . No noticeable noise from road or evenings .

Would be good to have a lock up room for luggage on day of departure. Wasnt anybody on reception only in side office but owner communication made up for this.

Great location, nice and cool.

Had to wash towels as they stank of cigarette smoke.

The location, the bed, the balcony, outside space

The electrics, lights not working, shower water very slow to drain. On the final day the apartment safe would not open and by the time I managed to contact the owner and he arranged for tradesmen to come to cut open the safe so that I could retrieve my passport I had missed my flight. It cost me nearly 200 euros to book an alternative flight and that was to Manchester not Liverpool. Not the ideal end to my holiday.

The location

We were unfortunately really disappointed with our stay and actually only stayed for one night instead of the two we’d booked. The smell from the drainage in the bathroom was so bad that we left the door shut the whole time and didn’t use it - there’s a serious problem there and it wafts through the whole apartment which was really unpleasant. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and the waterproof mattress topper, noisy and awkward.
