Bay View Old Town Apartments

Great location and good size apartment!

Would have liked a mid week clean and new towels. The shower clogged up with water. Needs looked at.

The towels could have been cleaner and a bad smell from bathroom drains all the time

Location was perfect however we had multiple issues.

WiFi signal would not reach room or pool - despite us contacting the host on the first day they did not respond. Several plugs in the room did not work. Room wasn’t clean when we arrived. The pool was a decent size but was not cleaned in the week we were there and the pool area was poorly cleaned. Bins around the hotel were not emptied regularly and overflowing. The notice on the room door expected the residents to clean the room before leaving but did not provide bin bags, toilet roll and hand soap etc.

Super Central Location - pool area was lovely and it was nice and private , quiet and felt safe

Bathroom had some issues with what I would think was drainage with the shower and caused a smell

property was lovely. very modern and clean

there were a couple of things that need to be looked at. this is not a criticism as it was beautiful but obviously would be good for the owners to know before the next visit. I will send separately to advise.
