TanaDewa Villas Nusa Dua Bali by Cross Collection

Dream villa, absolutely loved the private pool and lots of space, big room, big bathroom, big lounge. The breakfast every morning in Tanadewa Lounge was our favourite part of the whole trip. All of the staff were incredible, the best service we have ever experienced. We had the trip of a lifetime.

The downstairs pool area could have been cleaner when we arrived, though the staff were great and came to clean the pool and sweep up the leaves etc everyday

The villa was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had no hot water in our villa for the first day we asked to have it looked at and that was sorted within the day. It’s location made it hard to get around by foot, not many shops or restaurants close by. Located on a hill so many stairs to walk up and down including inside the villa. The kitchenette didn’t have glasses or wine glasses, no long life milk, we had to pay for that. You had to ask for everything including having the mosquito coils lit each night. The restaurant food was very basic.

Beautiful villa ...excellent staff ... lovely floating breakfast ... quality of food ... again would just go there for the lovely staff

Air conditioning was not working. However, a quick call to them sorted everything. Bedside lamps could not be switched off ... lots of ants in the bathroom.... breakfast though delicious took ages to come .... no ice available after 10 pm
