Spotlessly clean and accurately represented the photos. Staff excellent and restaurant very nice.

Unfortunately the property wasn’t located where I thought it was. It was advertised as Nusa Dua but was on the outskirts about 15min taxi ride from Nusa Dua, so unfortunately needed to get taxi’s where we needed to go. It wasn’t a suitable place to walk

breakfast was lovely. Probably too much at times. !! The view was wonderful too. We had dinner there twice and watching the sunset was magical. The staff were so helpful and friendly and organised any trips we wanted to do, book taxis etc The staff certainly made our stay pleasurable.

Just the location. We had to get a taxi to go to Nsu dua beach and the shops. Although we had the free shuttle which was great. But to go shopping in Kuta or out for dinner and lunch anywhere you had to get a taxi. We tried to go for a walk near the villa one day but only went about 10 mins as it was a bit dangerous with no proper footpaths or then on the main road so noisy and nothing to see !!
