Nel cuore della città

Apartament foarte spațios, amplasat in centrul istoric. Grija proprietarului pentru detaliu este impresionanta. In baie exista gel sau șampon la fiecare obiect sanitar. Pat confortabil. Am avut chiar si capsule ptr cafea, si bineînțeles aparat ptr cafea. Bucatarie utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie. Comunicarea foarte buna cu proprietarul, care a fost foarte amabili si care mi-a trimis instructiuni foarte clare privind parcarea si accesul.

The connection with the hosts was simple and very effective. The instructions for the check-in were clear and we had no trouble. The hosts were accessible and communication was easy. The apartment was spacious and had essential equipments, including iron and washing machine. It was also very well located and we could easily walk from there to the city centre, the main plazas, and also the university, where we were attending a conference for a whole week. There is a lift.

The cleaning and some hygiene measures could be improved. One could see "corners" and spaces (e.g. behind the bide and sink) that were poorly clean. The towels were a bit ran-down and had some marks. There was a white mat in the bedroom closet that was very dirty with bits of dust and stuff attached to it. The quilt cover had a big stain on it and it clearly had not been washed from previous uses (e.g. did not smell like it had been washed). we ended up using the washing machine. There were some additional pillows in the closet but not cover for them. The sofa was an ikea sofa bed but the mattress was exposed no protection, which means also likely no cleaning. The kitchen draws were not very clean and a couple more of tools like a small knife (there was only a every big one) would have been useful. The taxis cannot go all the way to the apartment. The taxi left us at the Piazza de S. Francesco but that implied going down the hill a bit with the luggage and then up on the last day.

Bruit des voisins. Pas assez insonorisé. L'emplacement pas bien indiqué et pas de personnel pour vous accueillir.
