Nel cuore della città

La posizione centrale di Siena e molto pulita. Il ventilatore è comunque la casa era grande .

La mancanza di beni alimentari di prima necessità in casa e di altre piccole accortezze che migliorerebbero il soggiorno. Tutto troppo essenziale(solo posate e bicchieri e asciugamani).Il fatto che il check-in fosse solo online senza vedere nessuna persona fisica con chiavi lasciate dalla proprietaria nella buchetta la posta anche se le indicazioni telefoniche sono state molto efficaci per arrivarci.

Clean, quiet, owner? Manager? Was very helpful when we had problems finding it and drove to it (not realizing it was illegal) had a clothes washing machine and a drying rack!

Hard to locate and could not access by car. Listing didn’t make this clear.

Getting into the property at arrival. Instructions were unclear. There are 5 buildings on the property. The directions instructed us as if there was 1 building. Indicating building A would have helped. The name that was supposed to be indicated on the mailbox was so faded I couldn’t read it even after it was pointed out to me. I asked someone who lived in the complex to help he. He didn’t understand the instructions. I called the owner/management company twice. Finally a woman drove to the property. She was abrupt and acted as if I was a pain in the ass. When I asked her to clarify which of 3 key went to each lock she made a face and showed me so quickly I had to figure it out myself after she left. This was absolutely the worst property access I’ve had in 25 years of traveling the world. See photo. The mail box label is the bottom one.

A nice place to stay in Siena. The accommodation is spacious and clean. You are close to the centre and can walk everywhere. There is a lift (useful for your suitcases). There was a little noise between apartments, but everyone (I think residents) are quiet and considerate at night. The apartment is well kitted out. The bed was very comfortable. There are nice places to eat nearby if you don't want to self-cater.

The instructions to get access were good but what we struggled with; the name on the box we needed to get the key box from, had become difficult to read with age. We managed it in the end. Benedetta sent a helpful 'walking to key box' video which was great. Some tourist information would have been welcome (but was not essential). Residents have car parking. but for some reason, taxi firms won't/can't come to the building. And getting one proved really difficult when leaving. That's not the fault of the accommodation. Just a frustration when you're staying in Siena. A telephone number of a reliable taxi firm which you could pre-book, would have been useful.

Great location and easy access to the apartment thanks to very clear check-in instructions by the host. Comfortable and spacious apartment with all that you might need at hand.

The only thing is that there is no air conditioning, so the apartment can be very hot. However, the host provides 2 fans, which can save your life in August in Siena. :)

Siena is a really beautiful place to visit. This apartment was also great. It is clean, comfortable and is located inside the old town, so it was exactly what we were looking for. We didn't have the chance to meet the host, but she/he gave us instructions to find the apartment and our communication was in summary great. We recommend it for sure.
