Private en-suite garden room

Cozy and comfy stay. Lovely staff set up the heating before I arrived so it wasn’t cold.

The owner seems to have tried hard to convert a small garage into a livable space. It is on bus lines. The basics were there, and the owner was good about changing towels that couldn’t dry. The television setup was good. The bed was warm. Handy to have a fridge.

The damp. Anything washed took days to dry, hanging on the heater just made them warm and wet. Clothing and notebooks were damp. Getting dressed was putting on damp clothes. 8 inch heater had no chance, and there was no air filtration or dehumidifier. The sink over the toilet was awkward and shallow. The‘garden’ was a paved area at the bottom of terraced back. You could touch the ceiling without extending your arms, it was a very small garage.

Convenient for Sandy Park, quiet neighbourhood.

Only thing was the lack of hot water - a problem swiftly fixed by the owner.

Perfect accommodation for our trip to The Festival of the Iberian Horse at The West point Arena. About ten minutes away and easy to get to.

The bed was very comfortable the property was lovely a clean great tea/coffee facilities and the hosts were wonderful friendly people

Off street parking and Netflix included. Good location for getting to Westpoint Arena, and a Beefeater and Toby Carvery are nearby. Quiet area, and we had a good night's sleep.
