Private en-suite garden room

I have my own bath and a small outdoor area and parking in the driveway in front of the property. Great internet and there are Netflix and Freeview.

Nothing negative to say here- it was absolutely fine for what I needed to use it for.

Lovely welcome on arrival. The place was clean and comfortable with a fridge which was handy. Tea and coffee available and an area that we were able to sit outside. Enjoyed our stay thank you .

Free WIFI, Netflix, Small Fridge, Owners were easily accessible and very reactive via message, The Bed was comfortable and warm, Room had a little heater but the room was warm anyway without it. The place was very clean and the bathroom had a nice shower, there was access to back garden. if you wanted to be outside.

The only issue was there was not much choice for food, in the area if you were walking, But I did find a nice Chip Shop a bit of a walk but the food was still warm when I got back. There is a Taco Bell, KFC, and Toby Carvery nearer. There are some takeaways that will deliver so it not really that bad, and if you are driving then there is no problem.

The bed was comfortable, the sheets super soft and the coffee/tea options were great. The hosts communicated clearly and responded quickly as well.

Great location for my comiccon venue for the weekend. Nice big bed & plenty of bed linen. Great little heater panel provided for the main room. Good use of space inside the room & handy off road parking - ensure you leave your vehicle in gear and have an adequate parking brake though!

The bathroom was cold - heat source for main room only. The TV was freeview only with streaming apps, no live TV as such.

Overall I was in love with the ensuite

The heating system is very poor It was freezing cold. THE small manual heater in the room was as good as nothing.please review your heating system its winter.
