Private en-suite garden room

Very lovely, clean and comfortable room. Everything you could need. Great having direct access to the outside space. Really lovely place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was lovely, bright, and well decorated. Immaculately clean and smelt devine when we walked in. The shower was amazing, and the bathroom, despite being small, was functional and well thought out. We could not fault this accommodation. The bed was super comfy. TV came with free Netflix and the little fridge was a bonus. The hosts were always contactable and so quick at responding to messages.

Convient location, near a park, and low cost.

Replace combination toilet and sink. Fix hot water to sink.

Great location, lovely area with lots of things to do locally. I had everything I needed and felt very welcome. Buses are available right on the door step every 30 minutes into the city centre or train station.

The property was located in a nice area of Exeter and had its own entrance allowing full independence. The accommodation was clean & ample with modern fittings, cozy bed & private garden area. The facilities were all one could desire with a friendly host willing to help if required.

Arrived late and had self check in facility which was great. Room was comfortable and location excellent. Had a nice run down to the river Exe in the morning. Highly recommend.
