The hotel provided a very pleasant refuge during the heavy rains. The manager was extremely accommodating — a genuinely kind and helpful gentleman. The location of the hotel is also very good. Highly appreciated.

We never actually got to stay there when we arrived our room had been double booked and we were cancelled. The staff manager lied and said they had notified us they didn’t we clearly had a booking

I was happy to find such a beautiful accommodation in Nuwara Eliya. I booked for two nights. When I arrived, I felt not comfortable. I didn’t feel welcome and the owner wanted the double price as in booking.com. After discussing I canceled my booking and changed the accommodation.
