reception area was good well designed and decorated as well as spacious. bathroom was also good and clean. staffs were so kind that they are always there to help us.

room of the hotel was not same as they defined may be the room i get have that prblem but yes, there is problem.

all things were good as per my expectations nothing much to complain about

We were completely miss old on this property . From start to finish this Accomodation was bad. The building and rooms are falling apart with a great deal of investment needed to get it up to scratch. The photos on booking.com are completely misleading

I had to ask the hotel staff numerous times about a taxi needed to pick myself and my mum up from the airport. Absolutely nothing was done until I had to ring once we had in fact arrived at the airport. Than finally a taxi came. The twin room that I had booked, when shown a few options for me to choose from, there were holes in the ceiling of the bathrooms where there was water leaking, our sink was cracked, the shower had very poor pressure and was dirty. The rooms smelt strongly of cigarette, and although the window in our room was opened to air it out, when we asked for it to be closed, the staff said it was fine as is. When we said it was not and that there was no way we would be able to sleep with the freezing cold polluted air if Delhi in our room, once they did close the frame was completely loose and drafty, which meant that our room was extremely cold, like a fridge. The hallways are very echoey and noisy. Our door looked like it had the lock forced open previously. We placed a table in front of our door as we were not made to feel safe. There was no extra blankets, toilet paper and towels in the room. When they did arrive, the extra blankets were dirty with brown stains on them. The road although on a side street was very noisy with people chatting, motorbikes, cars and dogs barking into the early hours of the morning. The staff clearly didn’t care much for customer service or maintenance. The manager needs to seriously make some improvements to the hotel , invest in making them , fixing windows. Sinks etc
