Airport Hotel Stay Villa - Free Airport Drop

I have called the customer care to confirm whether they can give 2 rooms for ₹330 each. Caught uber and reached after heavy traffic paying money. After that they're saying they cannot give room at thus price, you can call customer care.. This happened at night after long travel.. They're saying it's booking. Com mistake.. Worst experience. Need consumer redressal

We had a roof on our heads, we could lock the door and we had warm water in the shower. That is already a lot in (some parts of) India.

The window at the room was to a hallway, could not open to ventilate the air. The smell in the room was horrible. The bed wear was dirty - used before by others many times. The toilet paper we received from the reception was smelling badly of poop. The pictures in Booking are NOT truthful to reality
