The Arvind Villa Ubud

This villa was so beautiful. It was modern and clean and looked exactly like it does in the photos. The bedroom, lounge room and bathroom were extremely functional and the outside was just gorgeous. The garden and pool were well maintained and the pool was in the shade in the afternoon which we appreciated. The location was really picturesque, the villa was surrounded by rice paddies and had some really nice walks. The staff were awesome! They were ready on request to clean/ change sheets and anything needed.

As mentioned in a few other comments, the doors to the outside aren’t very well sealed, and unfortunately the beautiful natural locations means there are a lot of bugs that get in. We were totally fine with the geckos and other insects, but one night we had multiple rather large spiders in the lounge room. As Australians we are used to this, so we just caught them and rereleased them outside. However it was pretty uncomfortable. For the rest of the stay we put towels under the doors to better seal them.

Absolutely stunning

Quiet villa outside central Ubud, but easily accessible for gojek. Clean, secure and staff were friendly. Private pool was fantastic!

Not a great deal of options for eating out, but villa is not central to Ubud. About 15 minutes drive into Ubud however gojek food delivery available and there are a few restaurants in 8-25 minutes walking distance.

The hotel is disgusting, the air conditioning does not work in the room, the hotel does not solve issues.

The place is beautiful and 20 minutes away from the center of town.

Because of the open concept. Their are thousands of bugs everywhere. You can't keep on any lights at night. Which means no entertaining or enjoying the house at night. We had to lock our doors

It was a perfect location for us. We really liked this cozy and quiet place. If you rent a bike or a car, there is no problem to get cafes, shops and interesting locations. One moment, be ready that geckos will be your neighbours. For us it was just funny, and we quickly became the friends. Thanks hosts for this month! PS wifi was perfect!
