It has no waiting area no reception area Stairs were very steep No restaurant Don’t change bed sheets until u ask and than they didn’t have clean bed sheets Except room location everything was bad Never rate it

Their staff, Specially BABU, was very co-operative.

There is no reception area, later we found it is in basement, no intercom for calling assistance. The tariff was very very high as compared to the facilities provided.

The location of the property was very close to the Kashi Biswanath Temple. It was great for us as we were traveling with people in our group with difficulties in moving around much due to arthritis. The manager of the property, Babu was super helpful. He helped us with commutation for roaming around, grabbing food from restaurants every time we asked, with smiling face.

Daily room cleaning service was little hard to avail.

Location was great opposite to temple

Not suitable for old age parents. There are large steps with narrow lane, we can’t carry on chair. Staff provided wrong info as room is in Ground floor but actually there are no rooms in ground floor.
