Shri Kailash Pati Guest House- Opposite Kashi Vishwanath Temple

The location was right opposite to Kashi Viswanath temple Gate -4. So you can make the darshan at your will and also can attend the mangal aarti early morning if one wish to.

There is no lift. pathway to hotel is very tedious. We have to basically walk 1km in small lanes and traffic for 1KM.

Scammed and Sleepless: A terrible experience We've traveled all over India, from hostels to luxury hotels, and this was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had. The moment we arrived, we were shocked by the filthy reception area, with dirty sheets piled up and and everything messy. Things got worse in our room: the bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned—there was urine on the toilet (see picture of the video we took). We had to request a thorough cleaning, which should have been done before we arrived. The noise level was unbearable; the rooms are not soundproof, and we barely managed four hours of sleep due to constant disturbances (I can’t attach a video but I will on other platforms). After a sleepless night, we decided to leave, but the manager still charged us for the full night. To make matters worse, he falsely reported to Booking.com that we never checked in, blocking our review, which is funny as we have proof of payment and a chat in WhatsApp with him confirming our stay. At 51 euros per night, this place was outrageously overpriced given the appalling conditions. Even locking the door was a hassle, requiring an outdated padlock system (see picture taken from the video). How we have paid 11 euros at a hostel and had a much better experience, amazes me. Avoid this place if you want to sleep or enjoy your stay. If you must book, bring earplugs—you'll need them. If you don’t trust me, images speak louder than words. Now I understand why there are not that many bad reviews here, with those people that had a bad experience, he just tells booking they didn’t arrive. Honestly, really bad experience and not expecting this situation.

Just opposite to the temple, we can see from the window and visit the temple when less crowded. Very near to all the eataries.

Due to local regulations, taxis can't reach to the hotel.. So we need to take rishkshaw or go by walk for a 1km to get a taxi. Good part is you have rishkshaws available at your door step

Very nice stay, staffs were excellent in behaviour. Very convenient stay just opposite the temple.
