GBWe enjoyed the quirky business model. Staff were well trained and looked after us well. The bar/restaurant had lots of regular customers popping in for drinks and food, making a very friendly atmosphere. They were telling us Deus Ex has business in several countries and I can see why. On the last day the man who runs the British side was there and he's obviously keen to make it work and asked for our opinion of our stay.
We were on the 2nd floor and the tea/coffee station was on the 1st floor. Although the business has been there 2 years, the 2nd floor has only just been developed and we were the 1st people to stay in it. We spoke to the General Manager about it and feel sure that will be changed. Food was good and a bit different than the norm. Good value and lots of "special offer food nights"

Not a massive negative, but it would have been nice to have had the tea and coffee making facilities in the room and not down the hall.
