Great location, close to plenty of food venues & bars. Was able to walk to most places including central shopping district. Property had excellent security & felt very safe.

Nothing. We couldn't fault it. Clean, modern with washer/dryer which came in handy after a week of traveling. Management company were very quick to respond to a query when we arrived. Would definitely stay again.

We didn’t have any problems, but we wanted extend our stay in one day, which we managed eventually, but to If you try to contact staff you have to go through to many lengthy automated steps on telephone.

Locatie excelenta in apropierea Pietei Ribeira, la 10 min de cartierele Chiado si Bairo Alto. Gara Cais do Sodre, aflata la 5 min de proprietate, conecteaza metroul, ferry pt traversarea raului si trenul catre Cascais.

Nu am gasit farfurii si nici lenjerie de pat pentru a 3 a persoana/ canapea.

L'appartamento è curato, pulito, silenzioso (il cantiere di cui si parla in alcune recensioni non c'è più) e tutto sembra nuovissimo. Si trova in posizione ottima, comoda per l'uso dei mezzi di trasporto e per spostarsi a piedi. Nei dintorni bar, ristoranti e servizi.

La vicinanza con gli uffici dall'altra parte della strada: delle tende alle finestre migliorerebbero la privacy e consentirebbero di godere della luce naturale.

A nice big, if slightly plain and corporate looking apartment. The entrance is down a side street, rather than on the main road, and the apartment faces a rather nice looking office block. We didn't have any noise internally or externally. Bars and restaurants are on the main road, and Cais do Sorde and Chiado are in easy walking distance. The Booking.com listing lists it as a double bed, although it is in fact a comfy king size. You get the access codes for the main door (7 digit) and the apartment (6 digit) via their web app, although they are not available til an hour before check in, which might feel a bit high risk if there are any connectivity issues. Kitchen is well stocked, although there was only one wine glass, which seemed odd.

The provision of the access codes worked fine, but I would have preferred to have had them more than an hour in advance. Only having one wine glass was slightly inconvenient, but really everything else worked perfectly for us.

Look out for the correct house entrance. The code-accessed entrance is not on the GPS location shared, but around the corner as someone else mentioned in an earlier comment

We loved the flat, the vast, spacey living room with foldable sofa-bed. Awesome location for Lisbon in a quiet street near business buildings and couple of steps to Time out market.
