Modern Rustic Flat in Santos by LovelyStay

Great location, very clean and big appartment, many facilities available.

The host was very strict with the check in and check out times. I would have appreciated to leave my luggage in the room for 2 additional hours, but he would not agree... I've been in many other places, and hosts usually agree to this. I think it is a very simple gesture from the host, which can really help the customer... Also, we never really saw the host. The appartment is managed through some sort of rental agency (Lovelystay) and you actually never see anybody. It is a bit cold and impersonal.

A conveniently located spacious apartment that is very well-equipped (even a washing machine has a drier!). Great that the apartment only has code locks (both at the building entrance and the apartment door), I like not being able to forget a key!

Almost everything was a-okay. This apartment is better than a hotel room! Few notes below, though. Windows don't have tilt mode. We'd appreciate a few complimentary tea bags and coffee capsules. I guess the apartment is expensive enough for that :) There is a construction nearby but we haven't heard it even once during 3 days of our stay, so it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Location and comfort

Lovely apartment with loads of space, nice location, clean, modern.

spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped, great double glazing, location was great and walking distance to many good places. As a solo traveller it also felt safe which is very important.

I knew there was a building site in front of the flat and for me this was not a problem as I was out most of the time. The double glazing was excellent however as soon as you opened the windows it was very noisy. So this may not be the greatest place for working people if they intend to be at the flat during the day and not use the air con all the time.

everything was really amazing, that apartment was bigger then o expacted, really comfy and stylish. location is just perfect. nearby there is a big construction, but the windows worked perfectly, no sound at all. absolutely amazing place
