Inca Palace Experience H

Very well located a few blocks from the main square and a 10-15 minute walk to the port. We stayed twice, either side of a two day trip to Amantani. Firstly we had the self catered apartment and secondly a smaller room. Both had very comfortable beds and decent showers. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was quite cold at night. There are several blankets but the addition of a portable heater would be welcome. When we asked for one we were told ‘it’s not cold’.

A very friendly and helpful host, very clean room, very much value for money, very kindly store our luggage for us, good location.

The staff especially was superb - always ready to help. A tour that was supposed to pick me up didn’t show up at all and they phoned them several times until they appeared. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable as well.

Great location, great staff, great price, best hotel in our 9-day stay in southern Peru.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but the best part was Marina’s hospitality. She was very kind and really took care of me. When she noticed I was still outside and hadn’t been picked up by my tour she came out and helped call them for me and waited outside with me until they arrived. The next morning she did the same and waited in the cold talking to me until they arrived. I had also left my reading tablet in the room but had already left the hotel on my bus. She contacted the tour company and went out of her her way to give it to them and made sure I received it. Marina was so kind from the very beginning to even after I left. As a solo traveler this goes a long way and I am so appreciative of her and glad I stayed at the Inca Palace.

The accommodation was really clean and comfortable. The location is great and near the main square and restaurants. The owners and staff are also really friendly and were helpful storing our luggage.
