Emplacement bien situé, et personnel extrêmement dévoué ! Nous a réservé un taxi à 06h15, fait préparer le petit déjeuner pour 05h55, et a pu changer la chambre des enfants pour qu’ils aient chacun un lit plutôt qu’un lit double. Encore un grand merci, je recommande vivement !

"Perfect place to stay in Puno"

People working there are so nice and helpful. The room was very clean. Wifi is strong. It is located just a few blocks to the main plaza. I stayed in June (winter in Peru), so it was cold at night. I wish there is a heater in the room, but it is manageable.

Room gets cold at night, but you can sleep well with warm blankets.

"Perfect Puno Stay"

Easy check-in, well-located and super clean. The host was very helpful and happily arranged for transfers to/from the bus station, in addition to storing my luggage during my trip to Isla del Sol. I liked my first night so much, I cancelled my other reservation @ Puno in favor of staying here! Highly recommend.

"Superb"

Lovely and helpful staff. Amazing fast wifi. Lovely hot showers. Let us keep our bags behind reception while we waited for a night bus.

Room was a bit small but fine for a short stay.
