"Comfortable friendly place to stay"

We stayed here twice in both a double room & an apartment, both were comfy with all we needed. Marina was very friendly & helped us a lot with taxis & to collect my delayed luggage. Really comfy bed, hot shower, walking distance of restaurants, shops & titicaca.

No heating, but the bedding & blankets are warm.

"Großes Zimmer in zentraler Lage"

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes Zimmer. Es gab ein Frühstücksbuffet mit Früchten, Eiern etc. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett, hat uns eine Tour vermittelt und ließ uns unser Gepäck den Tag über im Hotel lassen. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten in der Innenstadt.

"Hotel bem localizado e a atendente foi perfeita!"

Especialmente gostamos muito da funcionária Marina que fica na portaria, uma pessoa super amável, carinhosa, atenciosa, nos deu excelentes dicas sobre a cidade, sobre lugares para visitar, comprar, comer. Todo o tempo a Marina fazia de tudo para que nos sentissemos bem e este material humano é a parte mais valiosa deste lugar.

Tem muitas escadas e a região é alta comparada ao Brasil, não sofremos do "mal da altitude" mas esforços físicos a quase 4.000 m de altitude exigem bastante preparo físico.
