LA RECEPCIÓN FUE PÉSIMA, 42 GRADOS EN UN ESPACIO ABIERTO Y SIN UN VASO DE AGUA , ES UN LUGAR ALEJADO Y ES MUY DIFÍCIL LLEGAR EN TIEMPOS JUSTOS , VARIOS LLEGAMOS 1 HORA ANTES O MÁS DE NUESTRO CECK IN . MUCHA GENTE JUNTA PARA EL INGRESO , POCOS EMPLEADOS . EL SNACK BAR DE BIENVENIDA , COMIDA MUY MUY BÁSICA. LA COCTELERÍA NO ES BUENA , TAMPOCO LOS POSTRES . SU PERSOANL MUY ATENTO , TODO MUY LIMPIO Y LINDAS INTALACIONES . LA PLAYA Y TEMA MAR DE FONDO NO ES AGRADABLE PARA BAÑO Y SITUADO EN UNA ZONA DONDE SÓLO ES EL RESORT .

La comida, las instalaciones, todo muy limpio , las áreas verdes, se nota el mantenimiento, y sobre todo la buena atención del personal.

El uso de las piscinas y el área de las bebidas, tantas y solo se podía usar 1 por la baja ocupación del hotel. Estaba llena esa única piscina y ese único bar. No pude disfrutar en ese área .
