Comida variada deliciosa

No pudimos estar en la playa ya que todo el tiempo estaba la bandera roja y no todas las piscinas están disponibles, adicional las personas que reservamos por Booking no podemos ingresar a unos restaurantes ni piscinas y el check in era en la entrada principal dure una hora haciendo fila para que me hicieran el registro 8 junio

Nada fui a pasar mi cumpleaños y muchas personas como mal educadas mala organización para ser un lugar tan grande No dan nisiquiera pastel y para poder darme un pastel me dijeron que fuera a multivacaciones por una membresía de $9500 dólares

Muy mal servicio , no valoran los cumpleaños de sus clientas les recomiendo mucho el RIU mejor Porque el decameron me fue muy mal en mi cumpleaños no fui feliz pase un muy mal cumpleaños en ese lugar fui para ser feliz y son muy malos los del personal no le dan pastel a los cumpleaños una parte de las cosas que aunque es un resort hay que comprarlas las comidas siempre son en un restaurante diferente y no dan ni una hoja para oriental a uno en un lugar tan grande y decirnos les toca el desayuno en tal lugar el almuerzo en tal sitio tiene uno que estar como loco caminando y preguntando donde es la comida hoy donde es el desayuno

La atención del personal es excelente, siempre estuvieron muy atentos. Además, el lugar se encontraba muy limpio y considero que tiene una muy buena relación calidad-precio.

En la habitación, sentí que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente.
