Relativ zentrale Lage in historischem Wohngebiet. Wirkt gemütlich von außen.

Dusche/Toilette sehr klein und nur quer über einen öffentlichen Hausflur zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung wirkt überholt und müsste einmal überarbeitet werden. Küche wirkt unvollständig
